Keep Yourself Hydrated

And, if you make it part of your daily life, you will find that your skin looks better, you feel better, and you actually improve your health. Eight glasses a day is the usual prescription. However, if you plan to be out in the sun, you will need more. 

  • Drink water before you do your workout. Take an extra bottle of  water to your fitness center. Then drink some more when you are done.
  • Drink water before you go for your walk and after you get back.
  • Drink water before you walk your treadmill at home, and after you are done.
  • Be sure to have water with you when you walk those outdoor outlet malls.
  • Drink water with every meal.
