Keep Yourself Hydrated

And, if you make it part of your daily life, you will find that your skin looks better, you feel better, and you actually improve your healthy living. Eight glasses a day is the usual prescription. However, when you exercise, you will need more.
  • Drink water before you do your workout. Take an extra bottle of water to your fitness center. Then drink some more when you are done. 
  • Drink water before you do any outdoor activity, even mowing the lawn.
  • Drink water before you walk your treadmill at home, and after you are done.
  • Be sure to have water with you when play sports.
  • Drink water with every meal.

Look at it this way, water purifies your body. Water is a great way to help satisfy a hunger craving. And, water has ZERO calories, ZERO carbs, and ZERO fat.
